Additional Rental Requirements
- $1,500 refundable security deposit due at the time of reservation
- $100 one-time application fee
- $150 Cavendish Court HOA application fee
- Transferable golf membership fee of $300–$500 (based on the length of the rental)
- If you have guests who want to golf while you our renting the condo, current golf fees are $95 per round during season and $60 per round during the off-season which includes their cart. (subject to change)
- 11.5% applicable Florida lodging taxes paid by tenant
- $200 move-out cleaning fee
